1/2 tsp salt
1 cup shelled pistachios (find at whole foods or sprouts)
2 cups fresh basil, lightly packed
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 cup chopped ripe avocado
1 tablespoon olive oil
Throw all in the food processor and process until well mixed….
